We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the technical nature of our products, the following return and refund policy applies:
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The product must be in resalable condition
A valid proof of purchase is required
Important:
Products that have been used, installed, or altered are not eligible for return.

Returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory considerations, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used laboratory and medical products
Dehydrated culture media and consumables
Custom or special-order items
Calibrated or installed equipment
Hazardous or regulated materials
Clearance or discounted items
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos.
We will evaluate the case and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Items must be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipment
6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If needed, the original item must be returned and approved, and a new order must be placed separately.
