GranuCult® Lactose Broth is an inhibitor-free granulated broth used for presumptive coliform testing, including E. coli, and for enrichment of Salmonella.
Lactose utilization is indicated by gas production in Durham tubes. Prepare and use according to the applicable validated method and product datasheet.
